I have extensive experience in laboratory and fieldwork settings, including overseeing the operation of advanced equipment, ensuring resource availability, and assisting students. My skills encompass validating methods for analyzing various nutrients, developing calibration curves, and performing sample filtration and analysis. I have conducted grain size determination, organic matter analysis, and trace metal analysis in different samples. In the field, I have collected water, sediment, and plankton samples and measured physiochemical parameters. Additionally, I have taught students laboratory techniques and instrument operation, including the MP-AES, UV spectrophotometer, and planetary ball mill. I have performed quality control checks, calibrated various probes and loggers, and effectively managed and maintained laboratory and field equipment, demonstrating my expertise in scientific research and analysis.
