Skills
I am an Assistant Professor in Geography and Environment at Islamic University, Kushtia, specializing in human-environment interactions, geospatial analysis, and climate resilience. With over eight years of academic experience, I integrate advanced technical skills in ArcGIS, QGIS, Python, R, and remote sensing tools (ENVI, GEE) to address urban and environmental challenges. My research interests are coastal zone and marine planning, soil and water, and disaster governance.
I teach courses on GIS, hydrology, and climate modeling, mentoring 23+ undergraduate projects and 3 graduate theses on topics such as air pollution and drought analysis. Certified in climate-smart soil management (FAO) and ISO 45001 safety standards, I bridge fieldwork with policy solutions.
