Skills
Robert is well-experienced in geologic
and geohazard studies, GIS analysis and mapping, geotechnical design, tender
evaluation, and construction management of reclamation projects. In terms of
geotechnical design, his skills include geotechnical interpretation, slope
stability analyses, settlement assessment, liquefaction studies, and volume
estimation of suitable fill.
He has been involved in the design, site supervision,
and data management of various reclamation projects in the Philippines, and
he has processed climate datasets for two large river basin projects and the
wetlands of the Mekong River Delta. He ideates and implements process
improvement using Lean Six Sigma and RHDHV’s Digital Ways of Working. He is
proficient in Python, QGIS, ArcGIS Pro, CoastSat, Digital Shoreline Analysis
System (DSAS), Civil 3D, Microsoft Power BI, Bentley OpenGround, and various
geotechnical tools (e.g., D-Geo Stability, D-Settlement, GeoStudio, etc.).
