I am currently engaged in multiple projects in
the realm of food science, technology, and agricultural sustainability.
Specifically, my recent research explores the utilization of AI and emerging
technologies in food processing and preservation, aiming to enhance the
resilience of food systems, especially in regions prone to climate-related
disruptions like Nigeria. My work includes studying the sustainable conversion
of plant waste biomass into nutrient-rich functional foods, which can
contribute to food security and support local communities.
Skills
LAB SKILLS:
Proficient in the use of lab equipment for studying physical and chemical
properties of foods such as HPLC, GC, Colorimeter, Refractometer etc.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Computational software (MATLAB
and RSM) etc.
