Based on a solid academic background (MSc, PhD) and a broad professional experience, I have managed successfully people (multinational and multidisciplinary teams), processes and projects (as academic, contractor and consultant) in different geographic areas. This experience allows me to adapt my management style to the necessities in order to align all variables and find the best way forward on an efficient way.
Also, I am used to being the link between my organisation and the client, managing this relation to find suitable win-win scenarios in minimum time.
