Specific Skills: Analysis of embryos during embryogenesis Identification and Isolation of zebrafish tissues Microinjection of embryos Handle of optic and fluorescent microscopes and stereomicroscopes. Immunohistochemistry techniques. Semi-quantitative PCR and 5’ and 3’ RACEs techniques. SDS –PAGE 1D and 2D. Western and Southern Blots. Cloning, recombinant DNA techniques.
