The 5th International Marine Science Communication Conference

CommOCEAN 2022 aims to provide communication skills and inspiration to communicators across a range of experience levels. Many sessions are suitable for all, but some elements of the programme will run simultaneously and are tailored for those looking to build their communications skills and to those looking to move their communications to the next level.

To keep the core of CommOCEAN conferences, the organizing committee has decided to focus the conference programme as in person event. But considering the successful 2020 online edition and the international audience, a reduced online programme will be organised (3h dedicated programme around noon CET via Zoom + web streaming of plenary sessions). 

The conference will start on Wednesday 30 November 2022 at 09:00 and finish on Thursday 1 December 2022 at 16:00. An Icebreaker with all participants coming to Sète will be organised on the evening of 29 November 2022.
