Introduced by Ed Urban - Mr Urban will welcome the participants and state the objectives of the workshop. They will also present the goals and benefits of data citation/data publication to the ocean research community. - 2. - CURRENT STATUS OF DATA CITATION/DATA PUBLICATION IN OCEANOGRAPHY
