In accordance with Rule of Procedure 48.3 (IOC/INF-1166), IOCARIBE, as a primary Subsidiary Body of IOC, is required to report to an IOC Governing Body on its sessions.
 
The documentation for the session and more information are available online.
 
The IOC Assembly at its 32nd Session (Paris, France, 21–30 June 2023) will be invited to consider the Executive Summary as presented in the Action Paper (IOC/A-32/AP Prov.) and by the Chairperson of the Sub-commission in plenary as well as the recommendations contained in this document.
