Activities
The Learning and School Training Centers (CAFE) are Timorese teaching institutions, where some Portuguese teachers work. CAFE include pre-school education and all other levels of education up to secondary education and are the result of a bilateral cooperation project between Portugal and Timor-Leste (PCAFE). PCAFE's main objective is to improve the quality of education in Timor-Leste.
