Marine biologist with research interests
in marine ecology, palaeoecology,
biodiversity and biological oceanography.
I have experience in oceanographic and
marine biodiversity data management;
also in the field work conducting
monitoring and rescue of marine fauna,
as well as in the laboratory, evaluating
sediment samples for the identification of
meiobenthos and benthic
macroinvertebrates (mainly foraminifera,
bryozoa, polychaetes) and isolation of
marine bacteria and molecular
identification. I have participated in
research work related to marine
microbiology, the Antarctic ecosystem
and biodiversity. Currently, I am doing my
MSc in Zoology at the Universidad of
Concepcion working on foraminifera
ecology and teaching zoology to biology
undergraduate students in the same
University.

I would really like to learn how to use ArcGIS and do my own maps for my researches. I work a lot in the marine and polar ecosystem topics so i think this software is very useful.
