SCOPE
OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct continued
coaching and mentoring to the cooperative members over their standard
operations and the online CMS, either individually or in groups, while using
various instructional methods such as lectures, demonstrations, and practical
exercises.
2. Assist cooperative members in understanding and managing the resources
related to their fishing activities and CMS.
3. Conduct awareness-raising on environmental conservation and protection of
endangered species.
4. Assist companies and cooperatives on data recording methods of harvested
fish and the sales made.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company and cooperative
adjustments to the project goals and objectives.
6. Collaborate and closely work with all fishery stakeholders, including IRiS,
the private sector, government agencies, and City University.
7. Collect fish stock data by writing and recording the name of the species,
weight, and length of each species from cooperatives linked to the company.
8. Record and maintain organized and up-to-date fish stock records of all
collected data, ensuring that it is properly labeled, categorized, and stored.
9. Submit the weekly recorded fish stock data report and sales made per company
to the internship coordinator officer.
10. Must adhere to all relevant regulations, permits, and ethical guidelines
when conducting fieldwork.
11. Maintain continuous learning and stay updated with the latest research,
methodologies, and technologies.
