Activities
My master's activities focus on the analysis of the spatio-temporal variation of CO2 flux in the Atmosphere-Ocean interface, based on satellite data in the Gulf of Guinea. It requires advanced skills in satellite data collection and processing, solving complex equations, and integrates biogeochemistry to examine the impact of nutrients, coastal currents, and primary production on this variability. The use of programming software such as ODV, R, QGIS, and MATLAB is necessary for data processing.
Sea regions of study
Gulf of Guinea
South Atlantic Ocean
Skills
Marine carbonate chemistry monitoring; remote sensing; sustainable management of marine and coastals zones;Data analysis and programming with R, Matlab and ODV; mapping with QGIS and Arcgis
