Biological Oceanography, Marine Ecology
Study of harmful algal bloom and potential Ciguatera causative species. Focus mainly on taxonomy and molecular identification including ITS2 secondary structure and qPCR. Flow cytometry and ecological studies were also part of it. Ecological studies include deployment of substrates underwater and recollection via SCUBA. Analytical software used include PRISM, ODV, SURFER, CCA and PCA analysis.
