| Summary | IOC of UNESCO organized, in cooperation with and hosted by the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources of Kenya, a 3-day workshop in Nairobi on Implementing Adaptation to Climate change in East and West Africa. The workshop was aimed at raising awareness of its Member States on the available opportunities to implement long-term adaptation to climate change by building resilience and reducing vulnerabilities and hazards on oceans and coasts. |
