| Summary | Part I of this report provides a general overview with regard to the implementation of the IOC budget in 2006–2007, including an overview of the IOC staffing situation. For the IOC Special Account, the statements of income and expenditure and changes in reserves and fund balances for the periods 1 January to 31 December 2006 and 1 January to 31 December 2007 prepared by the Office of the Chief Accountant are included (pp 16–20). Part II provides information on the anticipated level of funding for 2008. |
